BrokBusinessCentre have provided changes of internal organizational structure. One of the purposes of changes is improvement of service for our clients. The top-management of the company makes re-structuring of internal processes, in particular, changes of internal communications between employees and departments. From now divisional-matrix structure (as an alternative to linear) becomes a basis of internal interrelations, because it is much more adapted for market reality and as consequence allows to form mutual relations with clients better. Officially new organizational structure of interrelations comes into the force since February, 1st, 2008, however transition to matrix structure has been begun more than a year ago, by pilot introduction of ERP system.
