Last week in Frankfurt(Oder), Germany, have took place regular Haniel-seminar in a field of international management. It was organized by chair of international management (Prof. Dr. Soellner) of Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). BrokBusinessCentre was represented by manager of HR department Yevgen Bogodistov with report about practical differences in a field of personnel in Germany and Ukraine. The base for the report is the few years experience of work with personnel in Germany and Ukraine. The goal of the report was to show consistency in approach to the personnel management in these countries, to define the reasons of differences and offer the acceptable for European mentality ways of work.
Main part of the seminar was presentation by students of their seminar works on the following subjects:
Entrepreneurship in Germany and Eastern Europe — critical comparison of marketing-management;
Innovative marketing of multinational enterprises in Eastern and Middle Europe;
Construction of business relations entering markets of Central and Eastern Europe;
Business reengineering — structuring of enterprise as an instrument of adaptation to the market of Germany and Poland.
This seminar took place at support of Haniel Stiftung founded in 1988 with the philosophy which expresses the familys and the companys identity: to promote the commitment to achieve and the courage to make entrepreneurial decisions in a socially responsible manner.
