Brok Business Centre has developed and introduced new system of personnel selection. Now in section “About us/ Vacancy” applicants can find and fill in the extended version of the questionnaire. For those who did not find interesting vacancy, but wishes to work in our company, there is an opportunity there to fill in the “Initiative application” form. As the result the HR-department of the company can analyze the applications and direct them to work twice faster.
Now company actively works on creation of ONLINE-system of testing of applicant’s compatibility with employees of departments. This technology can not only accelerate the employment process, but also can show the probability of the employee’s potential efficiency in the company.
The start of the system is appointed to May, 25, 2007. Since this day each competitor will have the possibility to fill in the questionnaire on interesting vacancy and after primary selection (CV analysis), will receive the password for ONLINE-testing.
