The new system of personnel selection in Brok Business Centre

Brok Business Centre provides an innovative policy in the field of personnel development. HR-department of Brok Business Centre has created a new system of competitors selection by proving their compatibility with present employees of departments they are interested in.

Development of the theoretical base, psychological researches and works on system introduction took 5 months. The system was developed in the close co-operation of the employees, company managers, scientists from leading Ukrainian universities and experts who had got education in European high schools. Primary testing of the selection system has already shown substantial growth of department’s efficiency.

Now the ONLINE-version of the system is under construction. The main advantage of it will be the personnel selection speed-up.
