This service proves itself useful for companies, which are implementing projects on creation of new production facilities or modernization of existing ones, providing for deliveries of processing equipment of foreign origin under commercial agreements (purchasing, renting, leasing). Purpose of cooperation: securing of observance of delivery schedules, optimization of customs payments, costs for international transportation and warehousing, as well as simplification of certification procedure. At pre-project stage, we provide recommendations on the contents and execution of design and commercial documentation, taking into account the range of products and scope of deliveries. Later on, Brok Business Centre on behalf of the customer shall submit packages of documents to the state authorities and track their examination, up to the date of obtaining the relevant decisions (regarding classification of goods, procedural peculiarities, certification). In the process of project implementation, shipping documents are finalized; customs broker services, warehousing and freight services, as well as services on consolidation are rendered. At the final stage, assistance in execution of reporting documents during entering equipment in the books is given.
