What people are required?

Brok Business Centre is based on the fact that People represent the most significant and valuable capital of our company. The most important is that a person employed with our company is developed as a professional and personality.

The main objective is a creation of employees' training system in which knowledge of one person becomes the resource for others. This is the key advantage of our company. When creating the employees' development system, we aim at using various tools assisting in achievement of this objective and formation of a single corporate «expert» field.

Structure of our company suggests self-training mechanism, where the experience gained is transferred to young professionals.

We are constantly holding interviews both with young professionals and experts having various functional, branch or managerial competences and aiming at their further development.

Basic requirements to candidates: good basic education, computer skills, spoken English.

Master degree and business school certificates are welcomed; they give a possibility to discuss higher position in the company.
